1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Catalyst (catalyst.figmentic.com), operated by Figmentic LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Catalyst is an AI-powered platform that allows users to submit real-world problems, receive AI-generated opportunity scores and analyses, browse public opportunities, and manage a personal vault of saved opportunities. The service uses Google's Gemini 1.5 Pro for AI analysis.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• One person may not maintain more than one account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. User Content

Your Submissions

You retain ownership of the problem descriptions and other content you submit to Catalyst. By submitting content, you grant Figmentic a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, display, and analyze your submissions for the purpose of providing the service.

Public Visibility

When you mark an opportunity as "public," it becomes visible to all users on the browse page. You are solely responsible for the content you choose to make public.

Content Standards

You agree not to submit content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, or discriminatory
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains malware, spam, or deceptive content
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations
• Is intentionally false or misleading

5. AI-Generated Content

Scores, executive briefs, implementation blueprints, and other AI-generated content are provided for informational purposes only. Figmentic makes no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or commercial viability of AI-generated analyses. You should not rely solely on AI scores when making business decisions.

6. Subscription Plans

• Free and paid subscription plans are available with varying usage limits.
• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Refunds are available within 14 days of the initial purchase of a paid plan.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.

7. Usage Limits

Each subscription tier has daily and monthly usage limits for scores, briefs, blueprints, exports, and vault items. Exceeding limits will require waiting for the reset period or upgrading your plan. We reserve the right to enforce rate limits to ensure platform stability.

8. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

• Use the service to harass, abuse, or harm others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the AI scoring system
• Use automated tools to access the service without authorization
• Resell or redistribute AI-generated content commercially without permission
• Circumvent usage limits or security measures
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity

9. Intellectual Property

The Catalyst platform, including its design, AI algorithms, scoring methodology, and branding, is the intellectual property of Figmentic LLC. The Figmentic name, logo, and Catalyst branding are trademarks of Figmentic LLC.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Figmentic LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to business decisions made based on AI-generated scores or analyses.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately, though we may retain certain data as required by law.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
